Our Approach
Recovery: Healing the Mind & Body
Therapy That Works
Family Involvement
We believe recovery happens together. Families take part in weekly therapy, family intensives, and ongoing education to repair trust and rebuild relationships.
Psychiatric Care
If needed, teens receive a psychiatric evaluation within the first week. Medications are prescribed only when appropriate, always with parent or guardian involvement.
A Phased Program for Real Progress
Teens move through three stages: Stabilization, Growth, and Transition, at their own pace. This journey is, at minimum, 30 days with average length of stay 3-6 months, depending on each teen’s needs.
Academics: Keeping Education on Track
We make sure learning doesn’t fall through the cracks. At ARCH, academics remain a priority, because a teen’s future matters just as much as their recovery. Here’s how we support their education:
On-Campus Cognia Accredited School
Teens keep earning school credits while in treatment, with personalized learning plans designed to meet them where they are.
Life Skills and Leadership
We help teens build confidence and responsibility by teaching them how to lead, mentor others, and contribute to their community. These skills prepare them for success beyond treatment.
Adventure: Experiential Growth
Why It Works
Many adolescent programs focus on behavior management or short-term fixes, but at ARCH Academy, we’re committed to something deeper. Our approach addresses the whole person, not just the symptoms of substance use.
We combine clinical therapy, family involvement, academic support, and adventure-based experiences into one cohesive program that meets teens where they are developmentally. This isn’t adult treatment repackaged for adolescents; it’s care designed specifically for teens, helping them build emotional resilience, strengthen family connections, and rediscover purpose.
We don’t just help teens get sober; we help them grow into the young men and women they’re meant to become.
