Recovery at ARCH
Who We Treat
ARCH helps adolescent girls and boys ages 14–17 struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health issues. We support teens facing challenges like addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and related behavioral or academic struggles. Our gender-specific campuses provide a safe, nurturing environment for lasting recovery.
Our Approach
We meet teens where they are—with compassion, structure, and support. Our approach blends evidence-based therapy, 12Step principles, and family involvement to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms. We know that healing doesn’t happen in isolation, so we combine individual and group counseling with experiential therapies like equine work, ropes courses, art, and mindfulness. It’s about helping teens build confidence, process emotions, and discover who they are—while giving families the tools to heal together.
Our Campuses
At ARCH, we offer a range of programs to meet the unique needs of every teen and family. Our gender-specific residential campuses provide a safe, structured space for boys and girls to focus on healing, personal growth, and recovery.
For teens who need more flexibility, our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Nashville offers therapy and support while allowing them to stay connected to daily life. No matter where your teen is in their journey, we have a program designed to help them thrive.
