Flexible Support for Teens on the Path to Recovery
What is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)?
An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured, therapeutic care without requiring full-time residential treatment. For adolescents, this means they can continue attending school and participating in family life while still receiving the intensive support needed for recovery.
Our Music Row IOP offers a developmentally appropriate approach to treatment that addresses the unique emotional, social, and psychological needs of teens. We also provide a tele-health program for anyone in Tennessee wanting to participate in this program.
IOP provides several therapy sessions each week, blending individual attention with peer support to help adolescents build healthy coping skills and prevent relapse.
Who is the Best Fit for This Program?
Our Intensive Outpatient Program at Music Row is best suited for:
- Adolescents experiencing substance use concerns alongside mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, or trauma
- Young people needing a flexible treatment option that allows them to maintain school, sports, and family involvement
- Those who need continued structure and support after a successful completion of a higher level of care
- Families who want to engage in the recovery process and learn how to support their teen’s healing
Our goal is to meet teens where they are in their recovery journey, providing age-appropriate care in a setting that encourages growth and resilience.
