Programs at ARCH

At ARCH, we provide a comprehensive continuum of care specifically for adolescents ages 14–17 who are navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. Our programs are built to support teens at every stage of their recovery journey, offering personalized care that combines clinical therapy, academic growth, family engagement, and hands-on experiential learning.

Our Residential Programs

Our gender-specific residential programs provide a structured, immersive environment where teens can focus on healing.

Harpeth Campus: Located in Kingston Springs, TN, this 67-acre campus serves adolescent boys, combining evidence-based therapies with academic support and adventure-based activities.

Ridgeview Campus: Situated on 10 serene acres in Pegram, TN, this campus serves adolescent girls, offering trauma-informed care in a nurturing setting.

Our Outpatient Program

For teens transitioning from residential care or those needing a flexible treatment option, our Music Row IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) in Nashville provides comprehensive support in a convenient location. This program includes group therapy, individual counseling, and family sessions, allowing teens to maintain daily responsibilities while receiving care.

Stay Connected During Your Recovery

Recovery is an ongoing journey. Our alumni program encourages continued growth through regular check-ins, peer support groups, and community events, helping former residents stay connected and supported.

Community Education & Prevention Resources

ARCH offers educational workshops, school presentations, and early intervention programs aimed at raising awareness and preventing substance misuse among adolescents.
