The ARCH Academy Difference
Substance Use Disorder is a chronic, progressive and potentially fatal disease, and the developing brains of teenagers are more susceptible to alcohol and drugs than adults. ARCH uses research-based methods and proven techniques to treat substance use disorders in teens, striking a balance between therapy, academics, and adventure.
Our team of adolescent specialists provides individualized treatment that includes a supportive peer culture, group therapy, a strong emphasis on family, and reliance on 12-Step principles. Our whole-person approach also addresses underlying co-occurring mental health concerns, family issues, relational barriers, and poor academic confidence.

We know that healing is a process. That’s why our program offerings include comprehensive residential care, intensive outpatient, and a thriving alumni community.
Academics
Progress doesn’t need to be put on hold. A vital part of ARCH Academy is the ability for students to continue working toward their educational goals while in treatment.
Adventure
Talk therapy can only take you so far. Adventure options like our ropes course, zipline, equine therapy, and fly fishing allow teens to address issues in non-traditional ways.

Nestled in the woods near hiking trails and the Harpeth River just outside Nashville, Tennessee, ARCH Academy provides the ideal setting for recovery, offering separate campuses for male and female clients.
Healing Is a Family Affair
Addiction affects everyone. That’s why ARCH Academy provides programming and services for the entire family, to ensure everyone can begin to heal. Family involvement opportunities include individual family sessions, family intensives, multi-family groups, and lunch-and-learn support groups.

When you reach out to our admissions team, our goal is to make the process as comfortable and simple as possible. We’ll gather the information needed to make a treatment recommendation, determine insurance coverage, and work with you to design a treatment program tailored to your teen’s needs.
